Dr. Nisha Patel, M.D., is a board certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist. She believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where children, adolescents, and adults alike can openly explore their emotional well-being and receive personalized treatment plans. She specializes in utilizing an integrative approach and women's mental health. Dr. Patel has a special interest in the in guiding young adults through transitional periods. She offers a blend of therapy, lifestyle modifications, mindfulness, and when appropriate medication management.

Dr. Patel attended college at Nova Southeastern University, where she majored in Biology and minored in Psychology. She went on to earn her medical degree from St. George's University, followed by Adult Psychiatry residency at New York Metropolitan Hospital. Driven by a desire to specialize in a critical area, Dr. Patel pursued a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UC San Diego. This intensive training equipped her with the expertise and sensitivity needed to foster a holistic approach to mental health. Dr. Patel embraces a comprehensive approach that centers around the complete individual and unique life experiences that have shaped them.
