Dr. Nadia Nassar Kuhn, M.D.
Founder and CEO
Dr. Nadia Nassar Kuhn, M.D. is a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist. She specializes in working with professionals, executives, and other high performers to optimize mental health and performance. She understands the unique challenges faced by high achievers. Dr. Nassar Kuhn use a collaborative approach with her patients to develop strategies for managing stress, achieving work-life balance, and live fulfilling lives.
Dr. Nassar Kuhn attended Loyola Marymount University for her undergraduate studies. Prior to her medical training she was an 8th grade science teacher in Los Angeles. She also taught middle and high school summer science courses for several years for the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth Program. She received her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine and completed her residency in Adult Psychiatry at the University of California, Irvine. She completed her subspecialty training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Nassar Kuhn has previously served as the Medical Director for a women's recovery center and as the school psychiatrist for an adolescent day treatment program for high school students. |
Dr. Peter, Kass, M.D., M.Ed.
Specializing in Sports PsychiatryDr. Peter Kass, M.D. is a Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrist uses a combination of therapy, medication management, and performance coaching to help his clients achieve their goals. Dr. Kass specializes in performance and sports psychiatry and has expertise in working with adolescent and adult athletes across all levels of sports to help them achieve peak mental performance.
Dr. Kass attended Pomona College, where he played varsity basketball and majored in Neuroscience. After obtaining his bachelor’s degree, Dr. Kass joined Teach For America, where he taught high school science and coached varsity basketball in downtown Los Angeles. He also received his Masters of Urban Education at Loyola Marymount University while teaching and coaching. While he loved working with students, He eventually left teaching and coaching to enroll at University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. He completed his Adult Psychiatry Residency at the University of California, San Francisco and his Child and Adolescent Fellowship at the University of California, San Diego and Rady Children's Hospital. Dr. Kass has extensive training in psychiatric evaluation, treatment planning, medication management, individual talk therapy, and group therapy. In addition to his psychiatric training, he completed an additional two-year psychodynamic psychotherapy training program at the San Francisco Center For Psychoanalysis. Dr. Kass is a member of the International Society for Sports Psychiatry. |
